SIMCONN design office was founded in 2010. Owing to the experience acquired over many years of practice, it offers a broad range of design services in the installation of heavy ventilated facades. We develop installation, construction and execution projects for wall cladding materials such as clinker bricks, natural stone and concrete. Several years of experience in the design and fixing industry means that we can recommend the right solutions and meet customers’ expectations.

We adopt a comprehensive approach to commissioned projects, paying attention to details and the client’s personal preferences. Today, newly constructed buildings are individually designed with an emphasis on creating unique architecture. Building facades often take on a unique form and shape. We use proven and new technical solutions in our projects to achieve the planned architectural effect with the minimum possible number of thermal bridges.
